Meringue Progress...

Almost finished on my first version of Colette Pattern's Meringue skirt! Once I had the pattern pieces cut it took one hour to get everything sewn together with the machine. How is that for instant gratification? Only some catch stitching to do before this bad boy is ready to debut... 

Back in the sewing saddle with a scallop edge skirt :)

 So can't wait to finish this and share the end result. There is some interesting wood panel placement that is well worth a giggle. Stay tuned!

    I was saying exactly the same thing to the husband! It's black and white and rad- goes with everything... :D
